The seller

The courses are sold by the individual entrepreneur (PE) registered in Ukraine and named in the Seller details above. The courses are created by Olena Borysova, who runs the Macrame Space workshop: she is their author, and the seller sells access to them under this offer. The handmade pieces in the shop are sold separately, under the shop’s own terms. You can reach the seller at the email address in the Seller details above.

What you are buying

Access to a pre-recorded online video course: its lessons in your personal cabinet on this site and, where the course page says so, a private Telegram group for its students. Access is for your own personal, non-commercial use. The videos, texts and designs remain the author’s and are not transferred to you.

How the contract is made

This page is a public offer under Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The contract is concluded when your payment for a course is completed: completing the payment is your acceptance of this offer, in the version published at that moment. Before paying you confirm that you accept it, and that confirmation is recorded with your purchase.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the course page in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH), and that is the amount charged, unless you apply a discount code before paying: then the amount charged is the price after the code, which is shown to you before you pay. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate and for information only; your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. You pay by card through WayForPay, a licensed payment service. Your card details are entered only on WayForPay’s secure page and never reach this site. The seller adds no fee for paying by card.

Access

Access opens as soon as your payment is confirmed, and lasts for as long as the course is offered on this site, with no expiry date. If a course is ever withdrawn, you will be told by email at least 30 days in advance, so you can finish it. You sign in with a link sent to the email address you paid with. Access is personal: please do not share your sign-in links or the course videos.

The right of withdrawal

Access to digital content starts immediately after payment. Before paying, you are therefore asked to agree that the course begins at once, and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU otherwise have for distance purchases. The purchase cannot be completed without that agreement.

Refunds

If you cannot use the course because of a fault on the seller’s side, and it is not fixed within 14 days of your report, the amount you paid is refunded. Refunds are made to the card you paid with, through WayForPay.

The Telegram group

Where a course includes a Telegram group, you receive an invite link that works for one person and expires after seven days; you can ask for a new one in your cabinet. The group is a place for the course’s students to ask questions and share their work, not a personal tutoring service. Telegram’s own terms apply there, and anyone who abuses the group may be removed from it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this offer limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you. The seller is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, your device, or services outside the seller’s control, but will help where possible.

Changes to this offer

The seller may update this offer; the revision date is shown at the top. The version that applies to your purchase is the one you accepted when you paid, so a later change never alters a contract already made.
